  • Do you offer residential cleaning?
    No. Our business is focusing on holiday home rentals only.
  • Do you offer property management services?
    No. You will do the management side / guest communication.
  • Are you doing end of tenancy cleaning / deep cleans?
    If we can fit them in our schedule, yes, we can offer those cleans.
  • Do you supply your own products/equipment?
    Yes, we can supply all products/equipment. However, lots of clients have a preference in cleaning products. It's your choice.
  • Do you provide your service in rural Raglan?
    No, we only provide our service from the Whale Bay roundabout to Greenslade road.
  • Do you do spa pools?
    Yes, we are happy to look after your spa pool as well.
  • Do you look after lawns / gardens?
    No. You best contact a gardener. We can help you out with local contractors.
  • Do you provide a window cleaning service?
    No. Whilst we wipe away any obvious fingerprints on windows during a turnover clean, we don't do "proper" window cleaning. There are a few business in town that focus on windows.
  • Do you send out invoices?
    Yes, we send out invoices that are tax deductable.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes, we are fully covered.
  • How do I know that my guests have left the place nicely?
    We will always email you after every turnover to inform you how guests have left your house. We take pictures of any broken items or things left behind. Also if the place is exceptionally dirty or if there are any other discrepancies we will inform you immediately.
